韩治德,男,19765月,2004年毕业于大连理工大学材料科学与工程系获材料学硕士学历,研究方向为强磁场下非晶软磁合金NiCoFeSi的弛豫、晶化以及相关磁性能。现就读中国石油大学(华东)机电工程学院材料学博士,中国石油大学(华东)理学院材料物理与化学系讲师。目前研究方向为碳硅异质结太阳能电池材料结构与性能、功能陶瓷材料的制备及应用、非晶纳米晶复合材料的制备。
