The College has 314 staff, including 263 academics. Among the 263 academics, 11 are doctoral supervisors and 126 are master's supervisors. 59.2% academics are professors and associate professors, 57.6% academics have doctorate degree, 93.89% academics have at least master degree. 4 academics have been elected for the New Century Talent Supporting Project by Ministry of Education. 1 academic staff has been elected in “Taishan scholar” construction project in ShandongProvince. 2 academics have obtained Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars inShandongProvince. 1 faculty staff has been awarded for provincial advanced worker in university teaching management. 1 faculty staff has been awarded provincial university excellent communist party member. 1 academic staff has been awarded for provincial advanced worker in university education. 1 academic staff has been honored “outstanding teacher ofShandongprovince”. 1 academic staff has been honored “outstanding postgraduate student teacher ofShandongProvince”. 1 academic staff has been awarded for the 9^th science and technology prize for young scientist of Qingdao. 1 academic staff has been awarded for Science and Technology prize from China petroleum and chemical industry association.
